Kim Wigaard is the data controller for the company's processing of personal data.

2. Personal data that is stored

We store the following personal data about our customers: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, based on information the customer submits via contact or order form. We also store purchase history.

We process the information in order to carry out our obligations according to agreement with you. 

 

4. The basis for the processing

Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6 (b) of the Personal Protection Regulation. Where you have consented, the information will also be used to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone and SMS. The basis for this processing is the Personal Protection Regulation Art 6 (a). You can refuse to receive such information from us at any time. Where you have consented to this, purchase history and behavior patterns are used to provide recommendations and advertising specially adapted to you as a user. The basis for this processing is the Personal Protection Regulation Art 6 (a). You can withdraw your consent to such use at any time.

 

5. Collection of personal data

We store the personal data you have provided on our websites. Our website is made on a Wix platform, which stores the customer's data  on its secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

6. Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not share, sell, transfer or in any other way disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

 

7. Deletion of personal data

Information we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 3.5 years.

 

8. Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.

 

10. Information security

We secure your personal information by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided.
